About Canton Tuskies Sled Hockey
Our Mission
Our mission is to provide individuals with disabilities the resources and opportunity to compete on a level playing field. We strive to create a competitive environment where they can push to become the best versions of themselves, all while creating a great workout and building friendships.
Our History
Founded in 2023, the Canton Tuskies Sled Hockey team was formed to serve disabled athletes in the Akron-Canton-Kent area. Our goal was to create a sled hockey team close to home where athletes can build and grow.
Our Players
We have players of all walks of life! We are currently an all-adults team with the goal for the future to create a youth program as well. Anyone 18+ with a physical disability who has interest in playing, please reach out via cantontuskiessledhockey@gmail.com, or any of our social media links below!
